After several days without weight change, my weight suddenly fell from the 181 range to about 178.8. Very pleased with this. I’m being very good about carbs and timing of eating, and exercise too. 178.1 is my lowest over the past year, so could beat that, and 175 seems very possible!
Also, noticed something else interesting – that I can blow a 6 in the evening and a 4 the next morning, with no food in between. I don’t understand that.
