5/25: Time Restricted Feeding

For two days earlier this week we tried 18/6 TRF, elimination of all alcohol, and decaf coffee only. I found that waiting until 1pm was a bit long for a first meal (Seong didn’t mind that much though), and the next one came too soon to be practical. We were spending quite a lot of time from 1 to 7 eating, cleaning up, or preparing food. I didn’t like the coffee and alcohol regimen that much either, and wondered if it was too restrictive to work in the long run.

So today, with an eye toward general health and sleeping better, we are starting this:

  • TRF 8/16, from noon to 8pm
  • One real coffee in the morning, finish by 7am for me
  • One glass of wine, 750ml/4 finished before or during dinner
  • In bed by 9:30pm
  • No devices in the bedroom

Today I weigh 183.8 and we are both blowing just 3 on the keyto.
