Felt a lot better this morning, and slept a bit better last night as well. My watch tells me no ] deep sleep still, but 4.5 hours of “quality sleep”. I feel fine, better than yesterday. Still blowing a 7 on the keyto device.

Went for a run and felt good and had the best time yet. Still not under one hour, but just 33 seconds off of that.

Also, the blood sugar and serum ketone device arrived after a small breakfast of yoghurt, nuts, blueberries and strawberries, then a huge lunch of a big pork chop and spinach, then (still being hungry) two eggs and pressure cooker spicy pork, my blood sugar was 99 and ketones 2.2mg/dl
