Slept until 6:15, more than 7 hours, and weighed in at 187, a pound lower, and blew 6 on the keto device. I suspect I burned most of my glycogen yesterday on the bike ride. First coffee with no cream, not great and I might have to reconsider this, as the book says that a little cream is OK. Feeling fine so far this morning.

Seong, though, at 10:54 in the morning, is cold and hungry. I’m not. “Stuff it!” She says. This fast may be harder than I thought!
