We’re starting a fast.

Over the past few weeks we’ve become interested in intermittent fasting, and have listened to a podcast or two on the Peter Attia podcast “The Drive”, especially ones with Jason Fung, a nephrologist with a strong interest in metabolic disorders and fasting.

Yesterday, Seong finished “The Complete Guide to Fasting: Heal Your Body Through Intermittent, Alternate-Day, and Extended Fasting” by Jason Fung and Jimmy Moore, and today I’m reading it.

We decided to do two days of very low carb, today and tomorrow, then on Monday May 4 to start a 72 hour water only (plus 5000 IU of vitamin D3, 500mg of magnesium oxide, and one or two 1280mg omega-3 capsules, and bone broth and a Korean broth) fast. Here goes!
