After several days without weight change, my weight suddenly fell from the 181 range to about 178.8. Very pleased with this. I’m being very good about carbs and timing of eating, and exercise too. 178.1 is my lowest over the past year, so could beat that, and 175 seems very possible! I blew a 5 and Seong a 7 (woohoo!) today, and I’m at 183.2, a little lower. And fastest run yet: Seong tested ketones (1.6) and glucose (75), after 14 hr fast except coffee with cream. Mine, 86 and 1.7

Strangely, only dow 0.3 lb this morning, despite fasting yesterday and four hours of exercise. Maybe yesterday’s weight was an anomaly? Slept OK last night, but awakened at 3:30 and was up for probably half an hour, then back to sleep. This morning, I feel a little slow. Not that hungry though.
